1. About Sparks Electrical Solutions

2. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with our business. By using this website, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or servers
• Not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content from this website
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any forms
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of the website

3. Service Estimates & Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided — whether by phone, email, online form, or in person — are:

• Good-faith estimates based on the information available at the time of the quote.
• Subject to change if conditions at the job site differ from what was described (e.g., hidden wiring issues, code compliance requirements discovered during the work).
• Not guaranteed pricing until a formal written contract is signed by both parties.
• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

We will always communicate any changes to scope or pricing before proceeding with additional work.

4. Scheduling & Appointments

• Appointment times are estimates. Electrical work can be unpredictable, and we may occasionally run early or late.
• Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment.
• A service call fee may apply if we arrive for a scheduled appointment and are unable to access the property or complete the assessment.
• Emergency service is available 24/7 and is billed at applicable after-hours rates.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in writing in advance.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Financing options are available — see our Financing page.
• A deposit may be required for larger projects or material-heavy jobs.
• Unpaid balances past 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
• In the event of non-payment, you agree to reimburse us for reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees.

6. Permits & Code Compliance

Sparks Electrical Solutions is a licensed Wisconsin electrical contractor. We pull all required permits for permitted work. Permit costs are billed to the customer as a pass-through expense. See our Permits Guide for details on what work requires a permit. We perform all work in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable Wisconsin state and local codes.

7. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work with the following warranty:

• Labor warranty: 1 year on all workmanship from the date of job completion.
• Materials warranty: Per manufacturer warranty on parts and materials supplied by us.
• Warranty is void if work is modified, tampered with, or improperly maintained by unauthorized parties after completion.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, power surges not caused by our work, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to our scope of work.

8. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure we can deliver quality service, customers agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Disclose any known hazards (asbestos, lead paint, prior unpermitted work, etc.)
• Keep pets and children away from work areas during service
• Ensure the electrical panel is accessible
• Provide accurate information when describing the work needed

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law:

• Sparks Electrical Solutions' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those specific services.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions in your electrical system discovered during our work that are unrelated to the scope of the project.
• Website content is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We make no warranty that information on this website is complete, current, or error-free.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and page layouts — is the property of Sparks Electrical Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. You may share links to our pages freely.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly at (608) 790-1334 — we resolve most issues quickly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any legal proceedings shall be filed in La Crosse County, Wisconsin.
